We've heard our parents say it, our grandparents say it, and even the elderly woman with the floral frock across the street say it. I'm glad I grew up when I did, because the world just ain't the same anymore?

Sound familiar? It should. And its true. Pressure to be cool is tough, pressure to succeed even tougher, and pressure to make decisions impacting a lifetime appears to come at every angle.

Our youth group is designed to lessen that pressure. It welcomes you into a group of young people, each possessing something in common with the next, who at the very least will make you laugh. We can't promise our prayers for your exam will land you an A or that you'll get your dream job. But what we can guarantee, whatever your grade or your job, is that it won't ruin your lunch.

The creation of our youth group has lit a flame within every soul that cannot be diminished. It's contagious, the support, the encouragement, the guidance; it all helps in growing up during a world unlike what our predecessors have ever seen.

The youth in our church have found friendships that will last forever. These friendships are the backbone when you've lost strength and a map when you've lost your place. The structure of our youth has come close to proving the cliché of our parents wrong. If they knew what we had to offer, they may change their mind.

The youth group of the New Apostolic Church caters to every age. Whether you are 13 or 31, there's a niche waiting for you. Through faith and through fun we want to experience the peace Jesus Christ has to offer. Our youth and our youth ministers can help us do that. There's a lot of good things here, and you can never have too much of that.
